This issue has been resolved.
If your MetaLocator Analytics data shows a gap in tracking from 9-12-2021 through 9-14-2021 we are aware of this issue and working with our vendor for a resolution.
The gap is from a server upgrade which ran over 2 days. During that period we tracked analytics data in a log file format and our vendor’s log file importer has a bug preventing us from importing that data back into the system to fill the gap.
There was no downtime during this period.
We expect to have the gap data backfilled soon, however we are in a brief holding pattern while the bug in the importer is addressed.
