an interface is configured to use the Google Maps API

and Autocomplete is enabled under Search Form > Location

and the provided API key does not have access to the Google Places API
The interface will display this error:
Be sure that the provided key includes access to the Places API, in addition to the Google Maps API for Javascript in the Google Console. Here is a video for more information on how to grand API access to Google Places:
